Meet Our Lead Maternal & Pediatric Nurse
Rachael Vigeant, M.Ed, BSN, RN
With more than 25 years of experience in maternal and child health, Rachael has supported families as a labor and delivery nurse, Level II nursery nurse, K–8 school nurse, and health educator. She is deeply passionate about maternal, child, and community wellness—and committed to providing family-centered care in the home that combines clinical expertise with genuine warmth and holistic guidance at every stage of the family journey.
Getting Started
Getting connected to care is straightforward. A physician referral is required to begin services—if you don’t have one yet, our team can help coordinate directly with your doctor’s office. We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans.
