Chair Yoga with Bobbie at Bristol Senior Center

This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and physical abilities. Performed seated, class emphasis is on developing mind, breath and body awareness. Improving strength, flexibility and energy levels. Challenging yourself but respecting physical limitations with a holistic approach to cultivating mental calmness, increased strength and energy within the mind and body.
