Our Commitment to Fair and Equal Care

At Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association, we believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness. We’re dedicated to providing care that’s free from discrimination and helping you understand your rights. Here’s what you need to know:

Equal and Fair Care:

We provide services to all people, regardless of race, color, national origin, disability, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religion.

Accessible Services:

We’re here for individuals with disabilities, offering support like interpreters or materials in different formats when needed.

Respect for All:

We strive to create an environment where everyone feels included, respecting the unique cultural, linguistic, and personal needs of patients and families.
