Tuition Reimbursement and Referral Programs
LRVNA recognizes the skyrocketing costs of education today. Therefore, we’ve created a robust tuition reimbursement program for our staff to benefit from. Upon accepting a position with LRVNA, you become eligible for up to $5k in tuition reimbursement for the year and can take advantage of up to $10k in tuition reimbursement throughout your employment. This helps to alleviate the burden of student loans while allowing our staff to benefit from top-notch educational programs.
In addition to tuition, LRVNA offers a $500 referral bonus to any individual that introduces us to a new hire, increasing your earning potential and helping us to build our community of caregivers.
Scholarship Program
As part of our commitment to the communities we serve, LRVNA is pleased to support our area’s young people who are embarking on careers in the healthcare profession. LRVNA awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are continuing their education in healthcare. Applications are open from January 1- April 30.
